Senior Food & Beverage Associate

Employment: Permanent / As Per Company Policy

Training: 15 Days On-Job Training

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food & beverage operations.

• Ensure high-quality guest service standards.

• Monitor buffet setup, replenishment, and presentation.

• Handle guest complaints and service recovery.

• Guide and train junior F&B team members.

• Ensure proper hygiene and food safety compliance.

• Assist guests and senior citizens whenever required.

• Monitor stock, inventory, and shift operations.

• Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management.

• Ensure smooth functioning of the lounge and compliance with management instructions.

Eligibility:

• Hotel Management / Graduate/ Hospitality Background Preferred

• Minimum 1–2 Years’ Experience in F&B Operations

• Good Communication & Leadership Skills
